Technical Service supports Nellcor oximetry products and monitors as well as certain temperature management and airway products, including:

• Shiley^® tracheostomy and Mallinckrodt^® endotracheal tubes
• Temperature products and accessories
• Intensive Care Systems products, such as infant feeding tubes and suction catheters
• DAR^™ filters
• Stopcocks

Our knowledgeable Technical Service Assistants are here to assist you Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time. If your questions require more detailed support, you will be promptly transferred to one of our experienced Clinical Service or Technical Service Specialists.

After-hours Support
An on-call Technical Service Specialist is available for after-hours, emergency support for Nellcor oximetry products by calling 1-800-635-5267, option 3.
